| The Mobile Source Enforcement Section received settlements from G.M.A Furniture, Affordable Power Bikes, Co., www.atvshopping.com, XXX-Motorsports, and UPC Inc. that were found to have sold illegal non-California certified OHRVs to California customers which were subsequently registered by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The money collected went to the Air Pollution Control fund and totaled $5,480.66. |
