Reliable Liquid Transport, Inc. Case Settles for $3,500
In October, 2009, Reliable Liquid Transport, Inc. agreed to pay $3,500 in penalties; $2625 to the California Air Pollution Fund and $875 to Peralta Community College District, for violating air quality regulations. An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Reliable Liquid Transport, Inc. failed to properly self-inspect their diesel trucks to assure the trucks met state smoke emission standards.
