| During our ongoing investigation into the sale
and use of non-California certified onroad motorcycles and off-road
all-terrain vehicles, staff for the Mobile Source Enforcement Section
discovered a number of illegal vehicles under the names of Ricardo
Motors, Viper, and Bel Air that were offered for sale at Sacramento
Motorcycle Dismantlers located in Sacramento County. Sacramento
Motorcycle Dismantlers settled the violations in February 2008 for
$16,000. |
