SHELL FUELS CASE SETTLES FOR $20,000 |
| On January 15, 2005, barrels of certified regular CARBOB being unloaded from a barge at the Shell Mormon Island terminal, along with barrels of CARBOB in the receiving tank, were contaminated with barrels of conventional gasoline that were still in the line. A settlement conference was held in October 2006, and the case settled in principle for $20,000. |
