TWO SOCO CASE SETTLES FOR $2,000 EACH |
| On October 31, 2006, routine inspecting found
that an El Cajon SoCo service station was selling leaded racing fuel
through a nozzle narrower than that required by State law. The manager
of the station advised that another SoCo station in El Centro was also
selling leaded racing fuel through narrow nozzles. The cases were
settled for $2,000 each, and closed on March 5, 2008. |
