VENOM MOTORS CASE SETTLES FOR $40,000 |
| An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section determined that Venom Motors of Las Vegas, Nevada sold and offered for sale uncertified off highway recreational vehicles (OHRVs) and small off road engines (SOREs). Subsequently, many OHRV vehicles and SOREs were sold to California customers over the Internet and were subsequently introduced into California. The case was settled on December 7th, 2007 for $40,000. |
