| An investigation by the ARB showed that City of Visalia - Visalia City Coach failed to properly self-inspect the portion of their diesel engine vehicle fleet that falls under the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). The case was settled with City of Visalia - Visalia City Coach paying $6,000 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations, and agreeing to comply with the PSIP. This settlement was reached in March 2007. |
