| On August 27, 2007, a case was settled with WeGO LLC. for selling Good Year Multi-purpose Wipes and Goodyear Protectant Wipes into California in violation of the date code requirement, section 94512(b) . The product containers did not clearly display the day, month, and year on which the products were manufactured or a code indicating such date. The company paid $2,000 in penalties to settle the case. |
