The mission of ARB's Enforcement Programs is to protect the environment and public health and provide safe, clean air to all Californians by reducing emissions of air contaminants through the fair, consistent and comprehensive enforcement of air pollution laws, and by providing training and compliance assistance. What's New? Board Hearing: Request for Comments on the January 28, 2010 Staff Update to the Air Resources Board on ARB's Enforcement Program


During the January 28, 2010 public meeting of the Air Resources Board, ARB Enforcement Division staff presented an update to the Board on progress made to address comments on ARB’s enforcement program received at the staff’s October 12, 2009 workshop and at the open comment periods of several Board meetings.
