Ozone Impact of Permeation VOC Relative to Carbon Monoxide,"
has been completed. The draft summarizes the ARB staff's urban airshed modeling results to assess the potential
impacts of increased VOC permeation emissions relative to CO emissions from on-road vehicles on ozone air quality
in the South Coast modeling domain. If you have any comments
