LCFS Program Review Advisory Panel

The Board approved the Low Carbon Fuel Standard regulation on April 23, 2009, and it became law on January 12, 2010.  Title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 95489 requires that the Executive Officer of ARB complete and present to the Board two reviews of the LCFS regulation.  Staff will present the first of these reviews to the Board by January 1, 2012, and the second by January 1, 2015.  The regulation requires the Executive Officer to establish an advisory panel for these reviews.
