Executive Order: Series B and C EO Descriptions

B-series Executive Orders certify alternative fuel retrofit systems for sale in California. With implementation of new certification regulations in 1994, there has been a limited number of certifications.

C-series Executive Orders allow testing of experimental vehicles and technologies prior to certification. These Executive Orders are issued to vehicle and technology manufacturers on a temporary basis.
