Goods Movement, Ports & Rail A joint program of the California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency and the California Environmental Protection Agency to address the important issues regarding improving the movement of goods and reducing its environmental impacts in California. Mobile Sources Find regulatory and other information on all vehicles sold in California including zero- and near-zero emission vehicles, fuel cells, our heavy-duty vehicle inspection program, on-board diagnostics, off-road emission reductions, the voluntary accelerated vehicle retirement program (also known as the "scrap page program"), the smoking vehicle complaint hot lines throughout California, and search DriveClean.ca.gov - ARB's car buyer's guide to find the least polluting vehicles on the market. Particulate Matter ARB's technical and research program to support the development of attainment plans for the national PM10 and PM2.5 standards and strategies to meet the State PM10 and PM2.5 standards.
