Off-road Diesel Vehicle Regulation Applies to Certain Rail Equipment |

ARB staff would like to clarify that rail vehicles, such as track
mobiles, rail sweepers, wheel cranes, and certain others, are
subject to the in-use off-road diesel vehicle regulation if they
can be used off the rail (for example, rail vehicles which also
have rubber tires) and are not already covered by the cargo
handling equipment regulation. |
