I find this regulation a massive intrusion into the lives of citizens and an unreasonable requirement. I do not see how California taking this action can have any impact on man caused Global Warming (assuming such a phenomenon even exists). All I see is an attempt by the State to collect fines. I also do not see how enforcement will work. This is a meaningless action which will only drive away people and businesses from a State which already has too many regulations and laws.
