I'm writing to  strongly urge you to vote on September 23rd to
adopt greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets.  SB 375 was
passed in 2008 with the goal of reducing GHG emission from vehicles
and light trucks, and we need to continue to act toward these
goals. California needs to lead the way in this fight, since it is
clear the Fed isn't going to act in any meaningful manner.  

Also, I want to stress that we need affordable housing close to
work, schools and other community amenities and real alternative
transportation choices to support and augment these targets.
