I support the proposed reduction targets (Adoption of Proposed
Regional Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Targets for Automobiles
and Light Trucks Pursuant to Senate Bill 375). California has led
the nation in reducing greenhouse gases, but we are far behind
where we should be, thanks to years of politicians who told us
there was no hurry, that we would never have to make sacrifices. 
It's time to get serious about cleaning up the pollution that we
have created.
