Dear Chair Nichols and ARB Members,

As a landscape architect, I have a deep appreciation for walkable
and bikeable communities, access to alternative modes of
transportation, and clean, healthy air.  In your upcoming meeting,
please vote for strong GHG emission reductions and sustainable
community plans.  I urge you to adopt reduction targets for GHG
emissions that are ambitious and achievable.

Thank you for all your hard work and for the opportunity to submit
my comments.
