| Comment | Hoping for more sustainable, walkable developments in San Ramon and throughout the Tri-Valley Area. We have an opportunity with the new city center site in San Ramon, but funds seem to be slow in coming. We are very proud of the senior units that are being constructed at the Senior Housing development at the Church on the Hill site, west side of 680, and the ammenities that there will be for mini bus and other walkable opportunities. Two developers bid on the site, and instead of competing, one of them decided to work on the construction, and the other on the planning. |
