| Comment | Reduction of greenhouse gases can only be done incrementally Here is an opportunity to take significant steps, starting with these emission reduction targets for cars and light trucks. These vehicles total in the many millions in this country, therefore the benefit would be substantial. In light of the overwhelming evidence for serious climate change, and the discreditation of the well funded opposition to the evidence, it is time to implement these targets. |
