Dear board members

For some time now several mails coming to reach me since am outside
california and the US shows that the emission of carbon in the
region is too much,the people need clean environment and they want
the emission of carbon in california to be reduced,as far as i am
concern i know california has experience disaster sincer 2006 bush
burning.

With my full awareness about this problem i join the number of
californians to sign the petition that this office must act to
reduction of green house emssion in the state.
