| Comment | Please implement SB 375 to the fullest extent possible and set strong GHG emission reduction targets. While California leads the country in clean air and water standards, it has one of the worst metropolitan public transportation systems. Every new highway or major road improvement project should include a clean public transportation component - preferably rail based. Thank you for your hard work implementing SB 375. |
