| Comment | I moved to Roseville 5 years ago, at age 55, never having suffered from any allergy in my life. That changed immediately. I have suffered sinus infections constantly and am on medication for allergies. Why? Because I did not know that I was moving to the dirtiest air around central/northern California. When I drive down I5 to visit my children in Monterey, the sky is ALWAYS brown the whole way. Of course, when i come home via 101 to 680, the sky is silver and/or Brown the entire trip. What a SHAME to live in the most beautiful area in the USA and live like this!!! Yes, California needs to be in the forefront of the battle because we had so much to lose, and we have lost so much already. NEXT: Diesel must be targeted and solved asap: Trucks and Trains are vital, and Construction brings jobs, but there has to be a better way. Think of the children, nevermind us old people!!! |
