| Comment | Dear Chair Nichols and Air Resource Board Members, Thank you for all your hard work in the implementation of SB 375. I believe that, like other forward-thinking legislation passed and implemented by the State of California, by the appropriate enforcement of SB 375 we will see a reduction in GHG emission and more sustainable communities and transportation choices. If California won't lead the way who will? As a person who values walkable and bikeable communities, accessible alternative transportation, and clean air, I urge you to adopt GHG emission reduction targets that are ambitious yet achievable. Compact community planning and affordable housing close to work, school and community are practical strategies that make sense! In your upcoming meeting, please vote for ambitious GHG emission reduction targets, and achievable sustainable community plans.
