I appreciate all of the great conversations and meetings the ARB
has facilitated in regards to SB 375.  We support high targets and
policy and investments that will make our communities more walkable
and bikable and provide viable options to driving.

I encourage the ARB to adopt the staff-recommended draft targets,
especially in Southern California. Many stakeholders have worked
very hard to support high targets, and leadership choices to
improve our mobility and accessibly in our communiites. 

I commend the ARB and the MPOs for their diligence and leadership
and recognize that cities need leadership and resources to help
them implement SB 375 and maximize the promised benefits: more
sustainable economic development, cleaner air and improved public
health, and more walkable neighborhoods with more housing and
transportation choices for all.
