| Subject | I live in LA County (Santa Monica) and I support higher SB 375 targets |
| Comment | I am a resident of Santa Monica. I urge the ARB to adopt the staff-recommended draft targets for SCAG and other large regions. I realize that cities need more resources to help them implement SB 375 and maximize the benefits from them. I hope that ARB will work with cities and SCAG to get these resources. I support the staff-recommended draft targets because they will help us toward more sustainable economic development, cleaner air and improved public health, and more walkable neighborhoods with more housing and transportation choices for all. I realize that Local governments face great financial challenges today. Since they are crucial for SB 375 implementation I hope ARB will help them meet these financial challenges so they can help imploement SB 375. Thank you for your hard work! |
