| Comment | As someone who lives in Riverside I urge the Air Resources Board to adopt the staff-recommended draft targets for SCAG and the other large regions. Many people have worked very hard to develop these targets and we commend the ARB and SCAG for their diligence and leadership on this issue. We need a strong voice from CARB supporting these targets which are good for the environment and the economy of the state. |
