You know, I'm simply looking for a place to put my disappointment
on record. No doubt this is an issue of significance, but when
your list of approved cards is so confusing and leaves off
low-mileage, low emission hybrids, I've got to wonder what you
folks are up to. Three years ago you provided me with useful
information that led to my leasing of a VW Rabbit which has been a
very clear car. Now that the lease is up I'm spending a lot of time
deciding between a low-mileage hybrid and a biodiesel.  You are not
giving me the beginning of any help. In fact, I suspect I won't be
able to buy the Passat Diesel that's available in Europe because
of your regulations.

The board under this governor is headed backwards.
