I am AGAINST any form of cap and trade in the state of California. 
Our state is in the process of imploding financially and this would
certainly be one of the final triggers.  With the loss of jobs, the
exit of many companies from CA already and the exodus of
Californians moving to other states where there are more plentiful
jobs and fewer taxes, it seems that your goal to decrease
environmental pollutants is already being achieved.  

I implore you to take a VERY SERIOUS look at what your regulations
have already done to our state and what your proposed regulations
would do - to forever cripple this once wonderful state.
