Back in the 90" when CARB was considering small engine requirements
you told me that if I needed to cut a tree on my 5 acres to use an
electric chain saw. Later you required an additive in gasoline that
polluted municipal water supplies.  Your response was "water was
not your responsibility, only air" You continue in your  unconcern
for the people of this state in your zeal to "protect" us. Cap and
tax will continue to decimate our state by adding millions of
dollars of burden to cities, counties and the state.  You didn't
have anyone working for you in the 90's that had any sense and it
looks like you still don't.  Your policies will continue to drive
business out of California as well as thousands of folks who can't
find employment.  The air will be cleaner but there will be fewer
people breathing it. How much regulation is enough?
