Madam Chairperson,

Why is it you insist on running more businesses out of California
with your silly notion that California can make a difference in the
world by being the only state in the nation to exert your global
warming nonsense upon our economy. 

You have already effectively put many, many truck owners out of
business with your Truck and Bus Regulations nonsense. The study
was flawed and the liar that put it together still has a job. In
the REAL world he would have been fired without hesitation. This
alone tells us you think you and your staff are above the law. 

We will continue to pursue all avenues to get rid of your sorry
agency, as it is nothing but a bunch of self serving souls that
can't do math and/or see the consequences of their nonsensical
actions in the name of environmentalism.
