To whom it may concern,

I enjoy a clean environment and believe the climate change issues
need to be addressed but I am against California going it alone on
the Cap and Trade portion of AB32.  Even if all of the provisions
of the bill were implemented it would only reduce green house
gasses by .001% worldwide.  There are estimates that it would
double or even quadruple out electrical costs.  California is
struggling right now and higher energy costs will only drive
businesses away.

Please reconsider this, I know you are not an elected body and are
only following portions of the law.  BUT you have the ability to
make recommendations back to elected officials, you should make the
recommendation that this portion of the law is too costly and will
have negative impacts on our economy.
