Recently, the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)in the the
Northeast was defeated because of pressure from citizens who were
wise enough to smell a scam when they saw one.  As to California,
ABSOLUTELY NO TO THE SCAM OF CAP AND TRADE that is being
implemented here.  Manmade "global warminng" is a fraud (witness
recent NASA reports of CO2 levels that are harmless) and we the
people of California will not stand for higher energy prices that
will be foisted upon us through this childish political ploy called
Cap and Trade.  We will not be Capped and Taxed! as you want us to
be.  All of you children that are running the asylum can shove it
where the sun doesn't shine because we're sick and tired of your
"far out, man" moonbeam and marijuana approach to wrecking our
state, our civil liberties and the economy!
