| Comment | This bill is a job killer and must be VOTED DOWN! California is already the most least business friendly State in the Union and MUST become more business friendly. The State, cities and counties cannot afford basic services and are even going bankrupt or are on the verge of doing so. Cap & trade is a horrible idea. NO on cap & trade. |
