| Comment | Yes on this bill, it is an excellent beginning. There is simply no question that human activity is causing drastic changes in climate, to believe otherwise means one is not reading serious science and is rather like not "believing" in evolution, i.e. what we "believe" doesn't change the truth. We must act quickly and effectively to reduce carbon emissions; as usual California should lead the way. This bill is a positive step in the right direction. |
