  Yes, we need some pollution  controls. But where was the
environmental impact report on the fiscal and social impact  of
this bill.The lose of jobs do to over regulating all aspects of
industry and even are daily lives. Hurts the environment and these
is simple to explain ,Without moderate regulations we are sending
are industry,s ether of shore or out of state to places with
minimal or no environmental regulations. This is a bad ideal and
needs to be rolled back.
