Dear  Air Resources Board,

This letter is concerning Cap & Trade in California.

I am part of the Model a Ford Club of Amercia and the Northern
California Regional Group. And President of Henry's A's of
Livermore.

I am the proud owner of several 1930 and 1931 model a fords! I am
very upset over your plan of Cap & Trade in my beloved State of
California. The thought of what you have planned is very upsetting
to me. 

As part of MAFCA i am a preservationist of America history and I
seek to not smog or alter my vehicles in anyway other then how they
were originally made. I also do not see it just in any way shape of
form to pay your mindless carbon tax fees that would result under
cap and trade!

They are only a way for your to generate vast amounts of money of
our fuel in this state and off of electricity. Both of which every
person needs to survive and thrive.

This is robbing innocent people and businesses under your flawed
scheme!

What you have planned will cause many companies to leave this state
for good and for many people to leave this state as well! The
remaining will result in people becoming poor and not being able to
afford fuel or electricity in california!

And for the costs of goods and business to skyrocket as well!

Please stop this flawed money making scheme before you make our
citizens and business broke in this state! You are making a big
mistake here carb!

I want you to explain where the money that would be generated off
of this is going. 
How it is legal for you to steal money from us under taxing our
electricity and fuel!

Also who is Dr. Hien Tran? And why did he order his phd?
Therefore he is not a real doctor. The fake university he ordered
it from's address is a ups store!

Carb also has $57 million legislative appropriation to adopt
regulations rationing greenhouse gas emmisions that are unaccounted
for! Where did the money go?

and you have 1176 employees with an average salary of $85,000.00
What exactly do they do.

With NASA debunking global warming, why are you persuing this.

I also noticed that carb wants 20% of California's passenger cars
off the road? Is this along with your carbon taxing an effort to
make money and control our people I think so.

I ask you Carb not to implement your CAP & Trade in my beloved
state!

Not to tax our electricity, Not to tax refineries and Not to tax
our gasoline and diesel in our state!

And leave smog out of my classic cars
