Thanks for working against global warming, the biggest current
threat to mankind. These efforts should create jobs and set a
positive example for the rest of the country. The declining limit
on carbon emission and minimum price should enable businesses to
plan rationally to save our planet.

An improvement to the plan would be to auction carbon permits, to
set a market price and generate money to ease the transition.
