Thank you for all your work on improving our environment here in
California.  As you know from the recent election, the voters in CA
are very strong on keeping CA as the leader of environmental
regulations which keep our state clean and very green.  The current
proposal could be made stronger by insisting that those companies
who pollute our air and water be made to pay penalties.  The very
act of doing this will serve as a deterrent to companies who think
they can get away with polluting our beautiful state.  Please make
this proposal stronger by making all corporations and companies in
CA pay penalties if they pollute.
