| Comment | thank you for all efforts to legislate for reduced greenhouse gas emissions. There are many strong provisions to ensure our air pollution problems are mitigated over the coming years. This is encouraging. I would like to urge the board to consider stronger restrictions for the biggest polluters and require that they bid on permits for emissions. Thank you gary hennemuth |
