Hello, 
  I'm writing because I want to make sure that global warming is
curbed. I am happy that these mechanisms and regulations are being
put into place. I think they can and should be stronger. Large
polluters should be made to pay for their emissions rather than
getting a free opportunity to trade them off. Let them buy their
trading option. We can use this money to promote alternative
energies and it will hopefully make them pollute less, and have to
charge more for their dirty product.
  Our economy is in bad shape, but to make it a little worse and
save our planet is definitely a trade we can all afford.
