Thanks for advancing California's clean air regulations with the
goal of reducing global warming.  I believe that strong regulatory
actions are needed, even if unpopular, to actually reduce cargon
emmisions and to demonstrate that we Californians are serious about
fighting global warming. 

I am pleased to see that CARB has proposed strong regulations to
reduce greenhouse gas emmisions. However, I believe the proposed
regulations could be stronger. Large industrial facilities that
emit greenhouse gases can do more than your proposed regulations
ask. Large industries have the most potential for implementing
procedures and practices to reduce their greenhouse gas emmissions.


Please strengthen your regulations to make large industries more
responsible for reducing their greenhouse gas emmisions.
