| Comment | I am proud of what CA has done to control Greenhouse Gas Emissions--as a state we are a leader. But now is the time to go much further. I believe we even need a strong Carbon tax, but if not that then a strong cap and trade program which of course would include conpliance Offset Protocols. We should do everything possible to continue to lead the way in every way to prevent the worst effects of Climate Change! Thank you for all you do, and we count on you doing even more! |
