Please do what you can to keep California in the lead for reducing
green house gases, reducing pollution and increasing the green
energy mix here.  When you consider legislation for a cap on
greenhouse gases, please level the playing field in California the
best way that you can.  Make sure that polluters pay the full
expense of cleaning up their pollution and the sequestion
necessary.   Make sure that they pay into some sort of fund to pay
for increasing the tropical forests that absorb greenhouse gases. 


If polluters paid their share, then green energy producers would
have their fair share of the energy profits and we would move to
green energy faster.
