| Comment | Thank you for taking action to address the serious issue of climate change. Please don't let major carbon emitters have free permits or exemptions. Please establish a minimum cost for carbon emissions that will encourage businesses to make the necessary long term investments to address this problem. The longer we wait to really address this problem, the more difficult it will be. Please take effective action now. Thank you. |
