| Comment | Thank you for your efforts to reduce global warming pollution and make California a forward-looking state that invests in energy efficiency, renewable energy and public transportation. The proposal has some strong elements, such as setting a minimum price on carbon pollution, but could be made stronger by requiring more of the state’s largest polluters to pay for their emissions. Money from the sale of permits can be invested in projects which move us towards a cleaner economy. |
