| Comment | Please do not give out free pollution credits to big industry polluters! Californians do not want to allow large companies to pollute more than others. It is only fair that we all share equally in working towards cleaner air. When big polluters are no longer allowed to pollute as much, they will naturally turn to cleaner alternatives. It only makes sense! Thank you for listening to my views. |
