| Comment | Thank you for working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I particularly support setting a limit on greenhouse gas emissions that declines each year, and setting a minimum price on carbon pollution so the market does not fluctuate too wildly. Additionally, the state’s largest polluters should pay for their global warming emissions instead of giving permits away for free; the revenue generate can be reinvested in clean, green technologies. |
