First I would like to thank all those who are responsible for
making California the leader in trying to reduce greenhouse gas
emissions and for showing the rest of the country the model for a
way to reduce these emissions which dirty and pollute the air we
breath, the water we drink, and the natural beauty we all enjoy.
California must preserve CARB and go even further by setting a
minimum price on emissions caused by California's biggest
polluters, this will undoubtedly force these polluters to cut down
on their carbon emissions, it's a "Win Win" for all.
