I want to thank you for taking a strong stance against climate
change and appreciate your sculpting of the plan to make
Califorania a cleaner place to live.
However, I would like to just suggest that the program be
strengthened by requiring more of the state’s largest polluters to
pay for their global warming emissions instead of giving permits
away for free.
Homes NEED to consistently be made more and more energy efficient
as well as growing the wind and solar sections of the state's
clean-technology progress.
